How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 2–3 business days, and most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks.
When should I order for Christmas?
Orders placed by 11:59 PM CT on Dec 7 arrive by Christmas (contiguous US).
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous US.
Sizes & frames
What sizes are available?
Framed archival giclée prints range from 8x12 to 24x36 inches, and framed canvas prints range from 16x24 to 60x40 inches, depending on the piece. See our Size & Frame Guide for every size and tips on choosing one.
What frame colors can I choose?
Both formats come in Black, Espresso or Natural Maple. Framed Canvas Prints come in a 1.5" deep floating wood frame, with a small shadow gap around the canvas. Framed Archival Giclée Prints come in a 0.875-inch solid wood frame with a 2-inch white mat and a clear acrylic front.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. Both Framed Canvas Prints and Framed Archival Giclée Prints arrive with hanging wire already installed, ready for your wall.
Quality & care
What is the canvas and ink?
Each Framed Canvas Print is a giclée print on archival-grade, polyester-cotton blend canvas with museum-quality pigment inks, stretched over solid wood bars to prevent warping.
What paper are the framed archival giclée prints on?
Each Framed Archival Giclée Print is printed with archival pigment inks on 330 gsm matte Hot Press fine art paper: 100% cotton, acid-free, with a smooth surface. It is finished with a 2-inch white mat with a clean beveled edge, a clear acrylic front that is lighter than glass and shatter-resistant, and a kraft paper backing.
How do I care for a framed canvas print?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning sprays, and keep the piece out of strong direct sunlight.
How do I care for a framed archival giclée print?
Dust the frame and acrylic front with a soft, dry cloth. To clean the acrylic, use only an acrylic-safe cleaner or a damp microfiber cloth, and never ammonia or glass cleaner. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and away from humidity.
Returns & issues
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email support@clayscottstudio.com as soon as it arrives with your order number and photos of the damage and the box, and we'll make it right.
